Daycal

The daycal Agent Skill

Daycal gives you a page where other people can book time with you, and it gets your real situation right: trips in other time zones, holidays, Friday cutoffs, focus blocks, daily limits, several calendars. People open your link, pick a time when you are really free, and the meeting lands on your Google Calendar. You just tell your AI assistant. Any schedule. Just say it.

An Agent Skill is a set of instructions your AI assistant installs so it knows how to use a service. This one teaches it both Daycal jobs. For the page's owner, it sets up the page and keeps it right: under the hood, availability is a short rules.js written against the daycal standard library, which the assistant writes and maintains through the tools on Daycal's MCP server (the standard way an assistant connects to an outside service), always previewing and getting the owner's go-ahead before pushing it live (and it can import an existing Calendly or Cal.com setup). For someone booking, it finds a time on a person's Daycal page, confirms it with them, and books it over the API, confirmed by a code Daycal emails them.
